1. Decks Will be Randomly Given out!
2. You will be able to add Cards from the Pack inside!  (You can swap out cards from the pack, exchange Or you can add But must have at least 60 cards) (Color restriction is off on cards from pack)
3. To participate must use the provided deck Can't bring your own.
4. Decks will be given out all at once
5. 60 card minimum
6. 25 min to prepare
7. 50 min Rounds (5 turn overtime)
8. Swiss Style 4 Rounds
9. 1st Place Gets a Shimmering Sky Booster Box
10. 2nd Place will get 5 Packs
11. 3rd Place will get 3 packs
12. You will keep Starter Decks and All contents of the pack
13. Cap of 16 Players
14. Raffle 2 items during Tourney
15. Free BGS Grading submission to anyone who opens an Enchanted from the packs inside the decks
